Ankaria Foundation focuses its interest in contemporary art and promotes initiatives involving major national and international cultural agents. Its aim is to promote networking and become a platform for discussion, exchange of ideas and reflection within the artistic field.

His commitment to contemporary art is reflected in the supporting young artists through scholarships and prizes, and the organization of exchanges, which are called all the artists who have something to contribute, regardless of their nationality. Preparation of exhibition projects of interest to the Foundation is open to any proposals of interest.

1. Print and Draw platform

   The world of publishing encompasses a broad spectrum of contemporary art focusing on works on paper, but it advances to experimentation with new media and materials and networking with each of the agents involved in the multiple contemporary art world

2. “Bringing shores. The trip as a pretext”

   This private collection, assembled by Patrick Mergani Manac'h and Hamid, contains approximately 3500 photographs, including a large collection of glass plates, the period between 1870 to 1950. Illustrates the history, culture, ethnology, daily life, the people of Morocco. In collaboration with the Ankaria is projected to exhibit some of the most significant pieces of the collection and a series of discussions and meetings to try to bridge two cultures.
